My Tech Plan and Pleyad Tech awarded the Valencia Innovation Capital Digital Nomad Office
Valencia, September 2025 – The city of Valencia takes a decisive step in its strategy to attract global talent with the launch of the Digital Nomad Office, a space designed to support international professionals who choose the city to develop their remote activity.
The management of the office has been awarded to the UTE formed by My Tech Plan SL and Pleyad Tech SL, two companies with extensive experience in innovation, ecosystem revitalization, and management of international communities.
A strategic project for Valencia Innovation Capital
The Digital Nomad Office is part of the Valencia Digital Nomad Attraction and Management Strategy, promoted by the Valencia Innovation Capital Foundation, and responds to the objective of consolidating the city as an international benchmark destination for remote talent.
The project’s approach is clear: to transform the arrival of digital nomads into an opportunity for open innovation, community integration, and sustainable development, in line with the strategic axes of Valencia Innovation Capital: Lab (urban innovation) and Ecosystem (entrepreneurship and talent attraction).
Services and implementation phases
The Office will offer in-person and digital assistance, with services ranging from guidance on housing, coworking spaces, or mobility, to structured welcome programs, cultural activities, and professional integration workshops.
The deployment will take place in three phases:
- Start-up: installation and commissioning at the La Harinera headquarters, with bilingual assistance (English-Spanish).
- Development: programming of quarterly activities, international recruitment, and generation of a hybrid community (digital and in-person).
- Consolidation: strengthening of strategic alliances and long-term sustainability of the nomad ecosystem in Valencia.
A team with international experience
The project will have a specialized technical team in community management, international communication, and coordination of innovation projects, made up of professionals from My Tech Plan and Pleyad Tech.
Its members include Julieta Zalduendo (My Tech Plan), an expert in communication and revitalization of technology communities, Óscar David Sánchez (Pleyad Tech), a specialist in the management of innovation projects, and Anna Lino (My Tech Plan), with extensive experience in innovation acceleration and international communities.
Expected impact
The Digital Nomad Office seeks not only to meet the practical needs of those who arrive in Valencia, but also to foster their integration into the social, cultural, and economic life of the city, promoting collaborations with coworking spaces, universities, technology hubs, and local communities.
Likewise, the project incorporates a commitment to sustainability, prioritizing the digitization of processes, sustainable mobility, and the organization of low-environmental-impact events, in line with the Valencia 2030 Urban Agenda and Missions Valencia 2030.
With this initiative, Valencia positions itself as an international benchmark for digital nomad professionals, reinforcing its commitment to innovation, talent attraction, and the construction of an open, inclusive, and global city.
